Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, hard working and ready to take on the role of Brand Ambassador for a large corporation!

 

The Brand Ambassador will be integrating the brand of F.H. Furr into the community and implementing new brand outreach opportunities. The position requires a person with charisma and fun who can coordinate and manage our outreach and events. The ideal candidate should display excellent communication skills, experience as a brand ambassador, organization and a self-starter attitude.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Performing a variety of marketing-related tasks including, but not limited to: event coordination and management, community outreach, building relationships with vendors and schools, etc.
  • Inform community of services, promotions, home needs, service agreements, charities we partner with, and any other company-related information that might be pertinent in an event situation.
  • Greeting potential customers at events while manning booths, VIP, or hospitality areas.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to integrate brand into the community and develop promotional items.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and event personnel.
  • Keep accurate and timely records of events, demographic information, production and inventory.
  • Identify new branding or outreach opportunities and efficient ways to implement them.
  • Use social media to promote events and branding.
  • Generate brand excitement! I.E. having a constant enthusiasm and a “be the brand” mindset!

 

Qualities and Required Characteristics 

 

  • Happy, outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Ability to empathize and hold genuine conversation with a customer.
  • Excellent communication skills to relay key talking points about the brand, promotions, services, etc.
  • Must be well groomed.
  • Must show strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Retain a “go-getter” mentality.
  • Willingness to learn.
